Yes! Pre-orders are required a day before for specific menu items like: *ny style stuffed cookies,Cake Bowls and Cookie Bowls our main classic, filled and frosted cookies do not need to be pre ordered but can to avoid a flavour you want being sold out or out of stock

MICROWAVE FOR 10-20 SECONDS BEFORE EATING FOR THAT SOFT, GOOEY TEXTURE.
FROSTED COOKIES:
BEST ENJOYED WITHIN 3 HOURS FOR PEAK FRESHNESS.
IF NOT EATEN WITHIN THAT TIME, REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY.
